No. But the Travel Consultant will need your credit card information to hold your reservation. Typically, cruise lines book their cabins well in advance, so it is important to have your credit card information readily available to secure your requested travel dates. Not having this information may result in delays in processing your Certificate and make your requested travel dates difficult to obtain. Please note that your credit card will not be charged without written consent from you; prior to travel.

A Travel Consultant will be assigned to you and contact you via email to request travel dates as well as supply you with all of their contact information. If you do not have an email a Travel Consultant will telephone you directly.

After mailing in your Reservation Request Form, a Travel Consultant will email you to request your desired travel dates. Make sure to check your email (if you have filters on please check your spam and/or junk mail box). If you are not contacted within 10 business days, please email us at support@imagineincentives.net and a Customer Service Representative will assist you or call us at 888-566-3332.

No. There are no blackout dates.

Imagine Incentives travel certificates are valid for 16 months from the date on the certificate. All travel arrangements must be made and confirmed 90 days prior to travel.

Absolutely! Imagine Incentives travel certificates are 100% transferable. You can give them to anyone you would like hassle free.

Yes, only one certificate can be redeemed per household, per year.
